25th Edition of the International Fair of Luanda (FILDA), from 15th to 20th of July 2008, under the motto: “REHABILITAION OF INFRASTRUCTURES IN ANGOLA A VOTE IN THE DEVELOPMENT”.

Angola lives a special period of its process of development while nation; after long years of war, five years ago the peace was achieved, sublime moment for the Angolan people, who visualized an excellent chance for accomplishment of its infrastructures and with this to reach all it´s development process as a nation.

FILDA 2008 happens necessarily in the year where if it comes back to regularize the democratic system and to stimulate the Angolan economy having as base the creation of objective conditions toward the development of the commercial and industrial activity, mining and of services in favor of the improvement of the conditions of life of the Angolans.

The motto of this event characterizes the confidence and hope that the Angolans have in its development with the lead of the Government and the main actors of the society so that Angola affirms itself as prosperous nation for the future of its children. On the other hand the country has not only enter in the route of the sustainable development in regards to the economic aspects, but also, to the level of the social welfare state.

This edition as all the previous ones destines to measure it the potentialities of the companies, providing business-oriented chances between the different economic, national actors and foreign, on the participation in evidence of some banks and insurance companies, for this year it is counted on the confirmed participation already of some foreign companies, comings of countries such as Cuba, Portugal, Brazil, Germany, Spain, South Africa, Namibia, Ghana, Germany, Uruguay, Brazil, France, China, Netherlands, Pakistan and Egipt.
The FILDA has a multimedia channel that will display through LCD screens placed in the pavilions the advertising of diverse companies, as well as programs of events that will take place throughout the fair.

The exhibitors will be able to still count on services such as business center, conference room, meeting rooms, according with the necessities of the customers they will be able to have access in the FILDA to the banking services, transport from and to the FILDA, express courier, restaurants and additional security.
