“GOLD LION” is the Award that FIL, SA, offers to the
best stands and pavilions classified by a Technical Commission.
In the process of. attribution. of the “GOLD LION”,
the organization approved the following regulation that aims at
the following aspects:
1. CATEGORY
a) Technologies
b) Better Official Representation
c) Bigger Official Representation
d) Services of Finances and Banking
e) Energy sector
f) Alimentary sector
g) Machines and Equipment
h) Services
i) Innovation and Technology
j) Restaurant and Similars
k) Social communication
l) Better Advertising and Marketing
m) Better Mounter of Stands
n) Personality of the Year
o) Better Stand FILDA 2008
3. PERSONALITIES “FILDA 2008”
a) Opening Cerimony
b) Collective visit
c) Individual visit
d) Foreign visit
4. TECHNICAL COMMISSION (TC)
4,1 Constitution:
A Commission will be constituted for Technical Evaluation. integrating
a representative of the following elements:
FIL, SA
MARKETING
ARCHITECTURE
INFORMATION
NATIONAL EXHIBITOR.
FOREIGN EXHIBITOR
The integrant elements of the commission will be ratified by the
Coordination Committee; whose coordinator has quality vote.
The two last ones are selected by the Organization. FIL, SA exerts
the Coordination.
4,2 Criteria
The Technical Commission (TC) will have on the basis of to proceed
to the cited work visits to stands and in the following criteria
for evaluation:
a) ARCHITECTURE (Innovation and design)
b) MARKETING
c) AREA
d) QUANTITY OF VISITORS
e) COURTESY
4,3 Proposals
The members of the Commission will have to perform their duties
with description and in accordance to the stablished to present
the proposal of attribution of the “Leão D' Ouro”,
until the 16th day at 10 o´clock.
The proposals will be presented in closed envelope for final approval
to the Coordination Committee.
4,4 The Evaluation Forms will be provided to the members of the
Jury right after the opening ceremony of FILDA.
5. COORDINATION COMMITTEE
It will be integrated by the following elements:
a) REPRESENTATIVE MINISTRY OF THE INDUSTRY
b) PRESIDENT OF FIL, SA
c) NATIONAL REPRESENTATIVE (he does not have to be part of FIL,
SA)
d) REPRESENTATIVE OF THE FOREIGN EXHIBITORS
The Committee, will be able, if understands to do so, to make consultation
with the Exhibitors by a written inquiry for support to the work
of evaluation of the Technical Commission and fits to it to proceed
to the sattles of matter, being had the Coordinating vote of quality.
6. AWARD CERIMONY
The Award Cerimony will take place in the “Day of Angola”
- 19/07/2008 at 19,00 hours in the “TROPICAL SPACE”
next to the protocol with the following program:
a) “Message”
b) “Gold Lion” -
c) Attribution and Grant, Photograph for the posterity
d) Toast
5. REGULATION
a) The Headquarters of the Committee will be the Conference room
of FILDA.
b) There will be no appeal to the Organization decisions.
c) The members of the Committee have total obligation of secrecy
of the options and of
decisions of the drawing. .
d) This Regulation is transitory and for support to a definitive
regulation. For this we thank the favor of your comments, which
must be addressed to the Organization “Leão D' Ouro
- FIL, SA”.
